ELOPEMENT in EUROPE // LIVA + JANIS

This beautiful couple chose to have a very intimate wedding/ elopement with only two guests and a photographer. It was the perfect day for a photographer because I could take lots of photos with just two of them, without them having to get back to guests. The ceremony was held at the Wedding Registry Office in a beautiful glass house covered in green plants. After the ceremony, they rode through the town on a bike, which was a wonderfully, quirky thing to do on a wedding day.

I love couples who add something unique to their weddings. In the late afternoon, we drove out of the city to become children of nature. We got lost in a flower field, went to the waterfall, and finally had a picnic in the forest near the city where Līva used to live. Golden hour in a forest with golden grass and a beautiful, happy couple, is like a delicious dessert for a photographer. I loved every minute of it. It is the best wedding party I have been to yet. Līva and Janis have been together for a long time and I had great pleasure celebrating, and capturing their day together :)
